Best Use of Animation - Best use of lights, music, projection, or animated decor.
Clark Griswold – Best excessive use of lights and decorations.
Best Traditional – Display that captures the classic Christmas design.
Crazy Inflatables – Air blown awesomeness. Five or more inflatables in the display are required to participate.
Best Theme - Displays that have an organized appearance or concept. Can also use a certain character. film, song, etc.
Best Newcomer - Homes in this category can not have been a finalist last year.

1st - $250
2nd - $100
3rd - $50
Rules
Display address must be in Lincoln or within five miles of the the city limit.
A display may enter either the Grand Display Contest or the Holiday Display Contest, but not both.
Only one category entry per home is allowed. If a category becomes full, entries may be reassigned to another category at the discretion of the owner.
A maximum of ten displays will compete per category.
If more than ten entries are received in a category, a judge will review all submissions and select the ten finalists.
Yard signs provided by Capital Dental will be given to all finalists and include a QR code directing visitors to the voting site.
All decorating must be completed by the resident living at the home. Professional decorators or designers are not permitted.
Businesses are not eligible to participate.
Displays may not include political ads or decor at any time. Doing so will result in immediate disqualification.
Decorations must be visible from the roadway.
The deadline to submit your display is December 10th at 10:00 PM.
Popular vote will determine winners.
The use of VPNs or other methods to gain additional votes is monitored and strictly prohibited. Entries found doing so may be disqualified.
Voting will begin on Dec 12th and end on Dec 22nd.
Contest winners will be notified after December 22nd.
